I began pursuing my passion for aesthetics while still working in the hospital. I was initially trained by the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM). Since then, I have attended multiple advanced training courses for cosmetic injections, particularly advanced techniques in non-surgical facelift and volume restorations. I continuously update my knowledge by attending training seminars and workshops to refine my skills and ensure that I utilize the most advanced techniques and products available.

Cara is a Nurse Practitioner, graduated from the University of Ottawa. She has practiced nursing for 14 years in Ottawa. Cara has certificates in Primary Health Care, Obesity Medicine, Advanced Injectable Medications and Cosmetic Dermatology. She provides health care services such as diagnosing and treating health conditions, as well as cosmetic services such as skincare and anti-wrinkle treatments, microneedling, neuromodulators, dermal filler and skin peels.

Vijeta is our Medical Director and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (NP-PHC) with a Masters of Science in Nursing. She has over 8 years of clinical experience ranging from practicing in acute care, primary care and dermatology with specialty in medical aesthetics. With her advance training and credentials, she’s able to undertake consultation, investigation, diagnosis and treatment planning for medical and aesthetic clients. She assists in providing medical directives and oversight to facilitate quality care.
Vijeta mentors and trains new nurses in aesthetics while also advancing her own skills through continuing education seminars. Vijeta is passionate about medical aesthetics and is dedicated to patient safety in always practicing through evidence-based approaches. She is very approachable and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends!
